You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. User Obligations

5. Fees and Payments

Our brokerage/consultancy/service charges shall be as mutually agreed in writing before finalisation of any property transaction.

Payments made to us are non-refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You agree to make timely payments of applicable fees, commissions, and charges.
6. Limitation of Liability

We act solely as facilitators and are not responsible for disputes between buyers, sellers, tenants, or landlords.

We are not liable for:

Defects in property title, ownership disputes, encumbrances, or fraud by third parties.

Any financial loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by misrepresentation of property details by third parties.

Our liability, if proven, shall be limited to the service fee actually paid to us in connection with the specific transaction.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.
